Telephone Triage  is a unit within the Office of the Medical Inspector (OMI) dedicated to investigating the quality of care provided to veterans and to assist veterans in getting the care that they need.  We strive to provide an immediate response to the concerns of veterans by researching each complaint and facilitating a resolution. Complaints received are tracked to identify any trends in the quality of health care received at the Veterans Administration.
